How You Can Help
The world is finally waking up to realize that mental health is important and mental health should be prioritized. The stigma around mental health and mental illness getting better and better. However, individuals don’t recognize who carries the burden of poor mental health in the world and the ever increasing demand for services to improve the state of mental health in the world. Much of it lies upon the shoulders of mental health professionals - therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, etc. They carry the burden of actually solving this problem and helping individuals improve their mental wellbeing to find satisfaction in the world.
