About Us

Every 1 in 5 people have a diagnosable mental illness. We help individuals with mental health disorders gain a sense of control, awareness and connectedness in their lives. Our app gives them control by giving them something they can actively do when feeling symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, etc., which also helps them become more aware of their mental health symptoms. We then help them easily visualize the patterns of their mental health through the data we gather. This data can be connected with loved ones to help increase understanding and awareness for the loved one. The data can also be shared with a therapist to increase efficiency in therapy sessions.

How It All Started…

The Ascendant Tracker started with a group of undergraduate university students who desired to make an impact in the world, especially in the world of mental health. After spending countless hours of research, interviewing, and attending mental health events we came up with the solution of the Ascendant Tracker. We have a strong passion for helping individuals with invisible diseases gain greater control and understanding in their lives.
